New to our range: Perfora Linear
Perfora Linear is a permeable concrete solution that combines functionality with a sleek, linear appearance. Thanks to its open structure, the product contributes to efficient water drainage and a sustainable design for any public space.
We recently expanded our range: in addition to the 30x10x10 size, Perfora Linear is now also available in 30x30x10.
Permeable and porous paving in combination with our special foundation system ensures efficient processing of rainwater.
The processing principle of these paving types consists of:
- Buffering of (rain)water in permeable paving and foundations
- Infiltration of (rain)water into soil, depending on soil permeability
- Delayed drainage of rainwater that does not infiltrate
Percola® permeable paving
The Percola® stone is a permeable stone with round recesses, available in the dimensions 20x20x8 cm. The Percola® stone is available in a standard version, in a KOG version and in Novostones®.
Perfora® permeable paving
The Perfora® stone is a permeable stone with spacers, available in various designs, colors and sizes.
Piove® porous paving
The Piove® stone is a stone made of porous concrete, available in the standard colors gray, black, red and heather purple. The permeable Piove® stone has an open structure and is available as standard in the dimensions 22x11x8 cm, 22x11x10 cm, 11x11x8 cm and 11x11x10 cm.
Important product information
Porous paving stones and permeable paving stones have comparable water permeability and water retention capacity. However, in most situations we recommend permeable paving stones.
Experience has shown that porous paving stones are more sensitive to de-icing salts and heavy traffic loads. As a result, they are less suitable for applications where they are subject to intensive use or come into contact with road salt.
In addition, due to the production process and the requirements for water permeability, it may occur that aggregates from the wearing course become slightly loose.
