Brent Cross Town is a major regeneration project in North London, creating a new mixed use district with homes, workspaces, parks and a new high street. The development is being delivered by Related Argent in partnership with Barnet Council.
For the Neighbourhood Square phase, Blyko products were selected for the public realm. The scope includes paving supplied for several key areas across the scheme.
Blyko has already supplied over 1,500 m² of Brigora Tabacco for the Pavilion and Pocket Park areas. In addition, an order has been placed for more than 2,000 m² of Agora Fjord SL paving for the High Street part of the development.
In the next phase, positioned as a central part of the wider project, Blyko will supply a further 2,000 m²+ across multiple products and formats. This includes a mix of three Wild Bond sizes in Cap Blanc, alongside a new colour developed specifically for the site: a Kingstone variant without quartz aggregates. Larger format paving will also be supplied in Cap Blanc Dunkirk and Fjord SL.
This project is a good example of how much happens before materials arrive on site. It involved new product development and technical support, sample production, design and creation of new moulds, and detailed production planning. It’s a combined effort across teams, with one shared goal: deliver a consistent finish and reliable performance for a busy public space.
Brent Cross Town is planned to deliver up to 6,700 homes, around 3 million sq ft of workspace, and 50 acres of parks and playing fields, alongside new community facilities and a new high street.
