𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴
Parc de l’Alliance in Braine-l’Alleud is a green, mixed-use development where offices, homes and public spaces come together. The design of the outdoor areas called for materials that create a calm appearance while complementing the modern architecture.
For this project, we supplied our Rumbelstones in ochre-dark brown and black. Their tumbled appearance and warm colour tones blend beautifully with the surrounding greenery and give the pathways a classic, well-maintained look.
Combined with water-permeable paving, they create a green and cohesive public realm. Rainwater can infiltrate efficiently into the soil, benefiting the local vegetation instead of being discharged through the sewer system.
